Hanna++ provides an interface class (uDSTBurstList) to the burst list ascii file. This class finds the burst list entry for a given run and burst number, and udstcounter value. For each detector half the data quality bit pattern for the found entry can then be retrieved by class getter member functions.

To select good bursts and skip bad ones special burst selection modules are used. Please have a look at the documentation of Hanna++ Example 6 where a burst list is used. The burst list file is read in via the command line option "--blist <burstlist file>".
